DAVID was born in Toowoomba and grew up in Crows Nest, so he understands the dynamics of a small country town and believes that the smaller rural communities are the backbone of our great state of Queensland.

David has a background in the rural industry and attended Dalby Agricultural College to gain his Certificate 3 & 4 in Agriculture after completing Year 10 at Crows Nest State High School in the Year 2000, where he was Vice School Captain, Sports House Captain, and Chairman of the Student Council in his final year at school.

David is always looking for ways to improve on his skills and knowledge.  Before starting his career in real estate, he was employed by one of Power Link’s major sub-contractors, Sunset Enterprises, to engage in the removal of trees followed by revegetation of the site, after the work was completed, which he thoroughly enjoyed.

David has found the people of the South Burnett, and in particular the community of Wondai, to be extremely friendly and accepting of him, and he is keen to see this continue by providing the best service he can offer as a real estate agent, and also as a member of this great community.

GARY and his family are relative newcomers to the South Burnett, purchasing a farm in the Wondai Shire in February 2006, then relocating and opening their Real Estate office later that year.

Having started his own cattle stud in the Crows Nest area, and needing more viable land, Gary started the search around Wondai and fell in love with the Wondai Shire, happily packing up and moving here with his wife and family.  Gary has become very passionate about his home town, and what the Shire has to offer.

Prior to his career in Real Estate, Gary ran a very successful cabinetmaking business for 20 years in the Crows Nest district.  Thanks to his high quality workmanship and a great reputation, he ended up working all over Queensland.

Gary was approached by Stan Edwards, the principal of  localagent.com.au, to see if he was interested in working as a real estate agent in the Crows Nest area.  Looking for a life change, Gary jumped at the chance to be able to work with someone like Stan, with his experience and reputation for having an ethical approach to real estate.

With Gary’s building knowledge and his love of the land, he became very successful selling both Rural and Residential properties from Crows Nest to Highfields.  Gary understands the needs of people living on the land in smaller rural communities, and is very passionate about his Squaremeater cattle.  He LOVES to TALK to people from all walks of life.
